Matthias Janke is the founder and owner of Strictly Selective Cosmetics GmbH - a niche brands distributor for luxury cosmetics in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux and Denmark. More than just a distributor, Strictly Selective helps brands control and limit distribution according to their specific needs and targets, provides market strategy, and supports its retail partners with frequent visits, trainings, and by guaranteeing exclusivity for their area.

With a career spanning several continents, Matthias has worked in key sales and directorship positions at several major brands, including LVMH Parfums & Kosmetik GmbH and L'Oréal.

2019 marks the third year of Matthias Janke's participation in The Art and Olfaction Awards. He will serve as a shortlisting judge, in the artisan category.
