Elephant is a sandalwood perfume that does not reveal its woody quality immediately - you first go through the sophisticated and photorealistic scents of fresh, airy green leaves and light florals of an Indian forest and tea plantation, then slowly arrive at the core of this fragrance – a masterfully crafted accord with more than 20 ingredients that mimics authentic Indian Mysore sandalwood that is no longer easily accessible to perfume houses.

Founded by Victor Wong in 2013, Zoologist Perfumes is a proudly Canadian company located in Toronto. Zoologist Perfumes teams with international perfumers to capture the idiosyncrasies of the animal kingdom and transform them into highly original and unconventional scents. Zoologist products are free from natural animal-derived musks; they have been replaced with synthetic ones for ethical reasons.
