4. What led you to perfumery?
As a fragrance enthusiast, I collected several fragrances for years and then had the opportunity to create a few of my own with a master perfumer - these fragrances led to the creation of our brand. Not from any fragrance marketing background so what you smell in our creations - comes solely from the mind and heart.

5. What excites you about your finalist perfume? 

Ashoka has been very warmly received since the launch in Autumn 2013 and it has made the NVC collection more complete. Ashoka enables all NVC friends to enjoy our fragrant journey.

6. Name three scents (other than your own) that you are a big fan of.

Bois de Violette - Serge Lutens

7. If you could give a few words of advice to a young person trying to do something in the world, what would you say?
Follow your instincts, be true to yourself and don't aim to please everyone because it is impossible to do so.
