MAY 7: ART AND OLFACTION AWARDS

FLOW MASTER + PEAR BRINGER - Grab the appropriate pear before the appropriate moment in the ceremony and bring it to the judge on stage. Make sure the judges and winners are aware of where stage steps are and help them get to stage, alert them when they are up next.
MAY 7: 7:30pm - 8:30pm: POSITION FILLED

PROGRAM HANDER-OUTER / GUEST GREETER - Hand out programs and make sure people know where to sit right before the event. Make them feel comfortable and welcome.
Position 1 - MAY 7: 6:45 - 7:45pm: POSITION FILLED
Position 2 - MAY 7: 6:45 - 7:45pm

FINALIST TABLE - Set up and man the finalist table before and after the Art and Olfaction Awards.
Position 1- MAY 7: 6:00-7:30pm (pre-ceremony)
Position 2 - MAY 7: 6:00-7:30pm (pre-ceremony)

Position 1 - MAY 7: 8:45-10pm (post-ceremony)
Position 2 - MAY 7: 8:45-10pm (post-ceremony)

FINALIST AND JUDGES POINT OF CONTACT - Provide email guidance to the judges and finalists in the week prior to the awards, and be the point of contact at the awards themselves.
MAY 2: On email // MAY 7: 6:30 - 10pm: POSITION FILLED

EAGLE EYE - Generally keeping an eye, making sure it's all going to plan, and making sure nothing catches on fire or no one's looking too lonely.
MAY 7: 6:30 - 10pm: POSITION FILLED

MAY 7+8: AIX SCENT FAIR

A+O AWARDS/ IAO TABLE HANGER OUTER - Man the art and olfaction awards table at AIX Scent Fair in two hour increments. This means interacting with the public, helping people spray scent strips. A strong love of talking to strangers and a serious enthusiasm about perfume is required
